SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship in stock items by the next business day.
Estimated transit times listed on the cart and checkout pages are estimates for carrier transit times and do not include the time it may take us to transfer an order to the carrier. Transit times are counted in business days, with the first business day being the day after the date the carrier takes possession of the package.
Shipping fees to the customer are calculated on a per order basis on the checkout page.
We typically ship via USPS. Heavier items (such as coolers) may ship via FedEx.
Many orders can be delivered to PO Boxes, though certain larger items may need to be shipped to a street address.
While we attempt to verify addresses prior to shipping, however it remains the responsibility of the customer to provide correct delivery information.
We may — at our discretion — choose to contact customers to request an alternate shipping address. This may delay shipment until a usable shipping address is provided.
Insurance & Signature Requirement
All Orders valued above $100 will be shipped with insurance and require a signature at delivery. Customers may waive the signature requirement by emailing us at Assistant@Ruckjack.com

Orders not already shipped may be cancelled for a full refund by email us at Assistant@Ruckjack.com on the first business day after the order is placed. Because we ship in stock items by the next business day, cancellation requests after this time may be treated as returns and be subject to return shipping and restocking fees (see below).
We offer 30 Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer. Please email customer service at Assistant@Ruckjack.com in advance to obtain return authorization within 30 days of purchase date.
When requesting return authorization, please provide the following information:
- First and last name
- Billing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Item details (model, color, etc.)
- Date of purchase
- PDF or image of original receipt
Returned Merchandise Condition
Returned merchandise must be unused in its original packaging to qualify for our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Damaged or defective products are not covered by this returns policy.
All refunds issued under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee will be provided as a credit to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. No refunds will be issued for damaged items.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
* Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We may – at our sole discretion – deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount for some returns. This fee will be no greater than 10% of the item’s original purchase price.
